Mentorship Programs

Backcountry Communities Thriving is currently seeking grant assistance in order to provide an extensive mentorship program to the students of the Julian Union High School District. The program will begin during the students' sophomore year where they will be matched with an adult volunteer community member. The volunteer will act as a tutor, listener and overall support system to help the student navigate through high school. BCT will need volunteers from within the community in all career areas to help guide the students. Please feel free to contact us to take part in this program if you are involved in the following career paths:

  • Public Relations, Communications, Advertising

  • Healthcare, First Responder, Law
