This $500 scholarship rewards one student who can describe his or her goal to give back to the Julian community after high school. In a 500-1,000 word essay, the applicant must answer the question: “How will your plans for the future give back/support the Julian community?” The applicant does not need to plan to stay in Julian. We are simply looking for a response that details how the applicant plans to give back to their community. The 2025-2026 application is now available. The deadline to be considered for the scholarship is Friday, May 22, 2026.
